Pearl has been a television presenter from a very young age when she presented on E- TV’s Craz-e, a Kids Television platform in 2007. Pearl has gone on to present other television shows such as Sistahood, Raw Silk, Expresso and the massively successful Zaziwa - A music talk show which occupied the prime-time slot boasting millions of viewers each week and which Pearl was nominated for a South African Film and Television Award (SAFTA) for Best TV Presenter. She won the Favourite TV Presenter at the 2019 Mzansi Viewer’s Choice Awards. Currently Pearl can be seen on the 3rd season of ‘It Takes A Village’ on SABC1, where Pearl goes back to her hometown Tembisa to help young people by giving them opportunities that will help strengthen and rebuild their family dynamics.
